Awesome afternoon out on the yacht ! Service was impeccable from Start to finish from booking with Susi, greeted out of the taxi by Alastar who took us to the boat . The captain and crew couldnAt do enough for us , kept us topped up with champers & the kids with soft drinks ! CanAt wait to do it all again ! Thankyou all again ??

The yacht was so clean and the staff were lovely. They made our boys 18th birthday really special. Whatever we needed they provided and even took all photos and videos for us. We will definitely return!

Susi and her team at GoToDXB yacht hire are ?? reliable and professional. IAve used cheaper hire companies in the past and have been let down last minute. GoToDXB came to my rescue and managed to find me an alternative during Eid as they have such a large fleet of boats (most of Dubai had already booked yachts for the weekend). 5 star AMAZING from start to finish. Have booked yacht charters before but nothing compares to this company. I booked them as they always seemed to be recommended on Facebook groups. Now I know why. They dealt with my enquiry really quickly, gave me all the info I needed without me having to ask for more and did exactly what they said they were going to. We were met personally at the quayside and the yacht and crew were FABULOUS. Spotless, excellent service – I just canAt fault it. My family were totally wowed (if that is a word) and I am so excited to book them for another charter or any other activity they offer in Dubai.

I’ve been on a fair few yacht trips in Dubai over the years, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The booking process was easy and stress-free. The best concierge business in Dubai – Susi and Al are masters in organising any event or excursion in Dubai. I used them to help me plan our annual office Christmas party on a yacht and coordinate the jet skis, catering and the bar tender and more. All of the communication was seamless with all of the clear instructions for our party that I could then forward out to the group easily. On the day there was an issue with some of the drinks not being within the boxes and Al kindly ran to the shops and fixed it within minutes. A literal life saver! Beyond wonderful service and we would never book with anyone else. The barman Conrad and the team of the yacht were so so professional and helpful. Feedback from our group was excellent saying it was one of our best events ever! ??????????

WOW, just wow what an amazing Desert Safari with GoToDXB. From the initial communication with Susi and Alastair and how they answered all our out of the box questions through to the amazing Jafar our driver for the afternoon / evening. We initially went Dune Bashing, met the camels for a pic at the camel farm and surfed a dune. We followed this with a lovely experience at the desert camp with hot buffet, drinks while watching fire dancer, Belly dancer and Tanoura Dancer. Alcoholic drinks at the camp were reasonably priced. We finished the evening with a lovely drive back through the amazing skyline of Dubai. Thank you GoToDXB for everything you have done to make this holiday so special, we shall most definitely be in touch for you to arrange all our experiences next time we are in Dubai.

We had the most wonderful morning celebrating my husband’s birthday thanks to Susi. She was professional and courteous at every stage and nothing was too much trouble. My main concern was being able to take my young children on board, but Susi ensured the whole family was catered for and well looked after.

Went on a boat trip for Wife’s 50th birthday. Susi was fantastic with her comms, very helpful going above and beyond what was asked; just an all-round a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

We chose the 30 minute quad biking with sand surfing and dune bashing. Overall had such a great morning. Biju looked after us and made it really fun. We took so many photos, Biju gave us some great ideas so that we captured our memorable morning. Definitely booking again when we have more visitors.

From start to finish the experience of booking & securing a trip for our VIP’s was nothing short of plain sailing (pun intended!) A fabulous choice of Yachts, food menus, and even activities whilst on the Yacht! Nothing was too much trouble and the personal touches and attention to detail blew us away. It’s an 11/10 for us and a new go to.

Susi was so accommodating and informative when I was asking about trips to do with guests. We decided to do the hot air balloon and even though the day was moved due to high winds Susi kept us informed the whole time. I have used Susi before and I knew that she is the go to for all trips in Dubai .
