1. Introduction

Welcome to GoToDXB.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoToDXB website, together with all enquiries, quotations, bookings and services provided by GoTo Concierge Services, trading as GoToDXB (“GoToDXB”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry or booking any service with GoToDXB, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Us

GoToDXB is the trading name of GoTo Concierge Services, a Dubai-based luxury concierge, destination management and corporate event management company.

We specialise in creating bespoke experiences throughout Dubai and the UAE for leisure travellers, corporate groups, VIP clients and event organisers.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Services may be delivered directly by GoToDXB or arranged through carefully selected third-party suppliers.

3. Quotations & Bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

All quotations are:

* subject to availability;
* subject to supplier confirmation; and
* subject to price changes prior to confirmation.

A booking is only confirmed once:

* GoToDXB has confirmed acceptance in writing; and
* any required deposit or payment has been received.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for seven (7) days from the date issued.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change until a booking has been confirmed.

Payment terms will be detailed within your quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

* deposits are required to secure bookings;
* final balances must be paid before services commence; and
* VAT will be applied where applicable under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

Where advised in advance, payment processing fees may apply to certain payment methods.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary according to the supplier providing the relevant service.

Hotels, yacht operators, restaurants, venues and activity providers each operate their own cancellation policies.

Where suppliers retain deposits or apply cancellation charges, those charges will be passed on to the client.

GoToDXB concierge management fees, planning fees and service fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where a refund is due, it will only be processed once funds have been received from the relevant supplier.

6. Third-Party Suppliers

GoTo Concierge Services, trading as GoToDXB, arranges and coordinates services on behalf of clients using carefully selected third-party suppliers where applicable.

These suppliers may include hotels, restaurants, yacht operators, transport providers, event venues, tour operators and activity providers.

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to work with reputable suppliers, GoToDXB is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or failures of independent suppliers.

Supplier-specific terms and conditions will also apply to the relevant booking.

Where there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a supplier’s specific booking conditions, the supplier’s conditions shall prevail to the extent necessary for that particular booking.

7. Changes to Bookings

Occasionally suppliers may amend venues, timings, menus, transportation, accommodation or activities due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond their control.

Where reasonably possible, GoToDXB will notify clients promptly and use reasonable endeavours to provide suitable alternatives.

8. Force Majeure

GoToDXB shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation or failure to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* adverse weather;
* flooding;
* airline disruption;
* airport closures;
* government restrictions;
* civil unrest;
* acts of terrorism;
* pandemics;
* natural disasters;
* utility failures; or
* supplier insolvency.

Where practical, GoToDXB will assist clients in making alternative arrangements; however, additional costs may apply.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

* passports remain valid;
* any required visas are obtained;
* suitable travel insurance is arranged;
* accurate information is supplied;
* any dietary, medical or accessibility requirements are disclosed before booking.

Clients are also responsible for arriving on time for all booked services.

Services missed due to late arrival or failure to attend may be treated as a no-show and may not be refundable.

10. Activities & Safety

Certain experiences involve an inherent element of risk.

Participation in watersports, desert safaris, helicopter flights, hot air balloon experiences and other adventure activities is undertaken entirely at the participant’s own risk and subject to the safety requirements and conditions of the relevant supplier.

Clients must follow all instructions provided by suppliers at all times.

 11. Website Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this website, descriptions, pricing, availability, images and other content may change without notice.

Images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos and designs, is the property of GoTo Concierge Services unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

13. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.

Any personal information collected through our website, enquiry forms or during the provision of our services will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoTo Concierge Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to GoTo Concierge Services for the relevant booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any written quotation, booking confirmation and our published policies, constitute the entire agreement between GoToDXB and the client in relation to the services provided.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Assignment

Clients may not transfer or assign any booking or rights under these Terms & Conditions without the prior written consent of GoToDXB.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

19. Changes to these Terms

GoToDXB reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be published on our website.

Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
