    Start your adventure by exploring the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve on a 60 minute wildlife drive chose from 1950’s vintage Land Rover, Camel or Land Rover Defender as your mode of transport. Spot wildlife like Arabian oryx and gazelles. Along the way, your Conservation Guide will share insights about the desert and all its inhabitants.

    Watch an entertaining Falcon show and see how these agile birds fly to lures. Take in the stunning views of the Arabian sun setting over the golden sand dunes while the professional falconer presents the magnificent Falcon to soar the skies. Learn about the cultural significance of falconry in Dubai and get great photo opportunities in this magical desert setting.

    Arrive at an authentic Bedouin camp to enjoy an unforgettable evening immersed in cultural activities like Arabic coffee and bread making demonstrations, camel rides, henna painting, a traditional Yola dance and Arabic drumming.

    After the 4-course dinner, sit back and relax in the traditional Majilis or around the bonfire under the starry sky with shisha and the company of fellow travellers.

    Retire to your overnight room, a traditional Arabic stone dwelling complete with bedding. Wake to the stillness of the fresh desert in the morning to a gourmet breakfast of hand-cut salmon, eggs Benedict, fruit platters and more.

    Finer Details:

    Itineraries are correct at the time of publishing and may differ slightly to those featured in our brochure. Occasionally our itineraries change as we make improvements based on comments from past travellers and our own research. If we are unable to utilize a product, service or activity detailed in our itinerary, a suitable alternative will be offered where possible. Itineraries may vary and/or attractions be substituted for any cause including seasonal conditions, weather extremes, natural disasters, and Conservation Reserve requirements.

    Cancellation policy:

      1. Cancellations or amendments for bookings:
        1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to tour departure: eligible for full refund
        2. Cancellations made under 24 hours prior to tour departure: not eligible for refund
      2. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made.
      3. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance that will cover you in case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from joining your scheduled tour. We will be more than happy to provide evidence to your insurance company if you were unable to join us.
      4. If a tour is not able to commence due to inclement weather, a full refund or alternate booking date will be offered.
      5. No refunds will be given in the circumstances or in the event of any reasonable delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. Components of trips are weather dependent and the Company cannot be held liable if trip components are not available on the day of travel.
      6. Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. Minimum guest numbers differ between tours are subject to change at any time. If a tour is cancelled due to minimum guest numbers not being reached, guests will be offered an alternate tour option or be provided with a full refund.

    Although the Company has taken reasonable steps to provide our guests with a safe experience, certain risks are inherent in each activity and cannot be eliminated without destroying their unique character. These inherent risks can be the cause of loss of or damage to equipment, accidentally injury, and illness or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. The Company disclaims responsibility for the activities its clients choose to participate in, and these clients accept full responsibility for risks identified herein and any inherent risks not specifically identified. Any participation in any activity is purely voluntary, and is at the sole election of the participant in spite of and with full knowledge of the inherent risks. You agree to take all prudent measures in relation to your own safety while on tour including, but not limited to, the proper use of safety devices (including seatbelts, harnesses and/or flotation devices) and obeying all verbal or written warnings regarding health and safety. The Company is not liable for loss or damages caused by your failure to comply with safety instructions or warnings.

    All pick up and drop off locations and times published are an estimate only and are subject to change at short notice due to external factors such as road closures, traffic, adverse weather conditions and mechanical breakdown.

    For all activities, children under 5 years are not permitted to travel on any shared vehicle. Children from 12 months to 5 years can be accommodated only on a private vehicle basis. We will shuttle children under 12 months of age directly to the Heritage camp. Additional charges for late transfers may apply.  No child under the age of 5 years can be accepted for a Hot-air Balloon flight.

      1. Children aged over 5 and under 12 years receive a discount on some tours, Children 12years or older pay full adult fare.
      2. Depending on age, children on tour may be required to be seated in booster seats or other child safety accredited seating. At all times, the Company reserves the right to not accept children on tours due to safety concerns.

    Our tours are active and most require a reasonable level of fitness. Hot Air Balloon guests should be able to safely jump in and out of the balloon basket. Guests can assess their capability to safely jump-in and out, or seek help from our ground personnel, who will be happy to assist if needed.  However, the Company will not assume any responsibility to adverse health conditions as guests participate at their own risk. Pregnant guests Our experiences are not recommended for pregnant guests, if guests choose to join during the first and second trimesters we advise they reserve a private vehicle so that the nature of the excursion can be tamed. Pregnant guests within their third trimester, should inform a company representative and must reserve a private vehicle to ensure the wildlife drive can be enjoyed at a safe pace for the guest. Hot Air Ballooning is not recommended for pregnant guests and will only be permitted to fly within the first trimester, pregnant guests in their second and third trimester will not be permitted to fly in a Hot-Air Balloon.

    Our emphasis is on fresh food wherever possible and our meals are nutritious and varied. We cater for vegetarian and gluten intolerance – please advise the GoToDXB team at time of booking.

    We comply with the strict drone regulations in the UAE. Due to the fact that we have regular falcon shows on our property, drones are not allowed.
