The Brief
Bayleys selected GoToDXB for their corporate incentive programme in Dubai. The aim was to reward sixty of their colleagues with an unforgettable incentive programme that combined premium hospitality, luxury accommodation and authentic Dubai experiences.
The group was based at the iconic Atlantis The Royal on Palm Jumeirah, allowing guests time to enjoy one of Dubai’s most prestigious resorts while experiencing a carefully curated itinerary showcasing the very best the city and desert have to offer.
GoToDXB was entrusted with managing every aspect of the programme, from pre-arrival planning through to the final farewell.
The Challenge
Delivering a seamless experience for sixty international delegates requires careful planning and flawless execution.
Airport arrivals, hotel coordination, transportation schedules, restaurant reservations, supplier management, entertainment, guest communications and itinerary management all needed to operate together without disruption.
In addition, the programme required a personalised concierge service, ensuring delegates could enjoy their free time knowing expert local assistance was available whenever required.
Our Solution
Working closely with Bayleys before and throughout the programme, GoToDXB became their dedicated destination management partner on the ground.
Guests arrived into Dubai with Emirates, while eligible travellers enjoyed Emirates Business Class chauffeur transfers, creating a premium arrival experience from the very beginning.
Throughout the programme, luxury Mercedes Sprinter vehicles transported delegates between Atlantis The Royal, restaurants and event venues. Every transfer was carefully coordinated by the GoToDXB team to ensure the itinerary operated seamlessly.
Behind the scenes, our team managed venue liaison, supplier coordination, guest communications, schedule management and operational logistics, allowing the organisers to enjoy the programme alongside their colleagues with complete confidence.

Luxury Dhow Cruise
One of the highlights of the incentive programme was an elegant evening aboard a luxury dhow cruise.
Guests enjoyed free-flowing champagne, handcrafted cocktails and an impressive selection of gourmet canapés while cruising through the historic Dubai Creek before continuing towards the spectacular Downtown Dubai skyline, where uninterrupted views towards the Burj Khalifa created the perfect backdrop for networking and celebration.
GoToDXB coordinated every element of the evening, including transportation, boarding logistics, supplier management and guest experience, ensuring the event flowed effortlessly from beginning to end.
Private Desert Gala Dinner
To conclude the programme, GoToDXB created an exclusive private gala dinner in the Dubai desert.
Guests were welcomed into an elegant private setting where they experienced an elevated interpretation of traditional Arabian hospitality beneath the stars.
The dining experience featured a carefully curated menu including premium grilled meats, freshly prepared seafood, authentic Middle Eastern mezze, artisan breads, seasonal salads and handcrafted desserts, providing an unforgettable culinary finale to the programme.
The evening also included the client’s awards presentation alongside a carefully selected programme of authentic Arabian entertainment, including traditional Oud musicians, an Arabic calligrapher, a mesmerising water drummer, a live falcon display and a spectacular fire show.
From entertainment scheduling and supplier management to transportation, guest logistics and event timings, every detail was managed by GoToDXB.
VIP Concierge Services
Our support extended well beyond the planned itinerary.
Throughout the four-day stay, GoToDXB acted as the dedicated VIP concierge for Bayleys’ delegates while they were based at Atlantis The Royal.
From securing reservations at some of Dubai’s most sought-after restaurants to responding to last-minute requests, our team remained available throughout the programme to provide personalised assistance whenever required.
One memorable request came shortly before departure when a guest wished to purchase fifty bars of Dubai’s famous chocolate as gifts to take home. Despite the short notice and limited availability, our team successfully sourced the products and arranged collection before the guest’s departure.
Working closely with the hotel and our hospitality partners, we also coordinated a range of dietary requirements throughout the programme, ensuring every delegate could enjoy each dining experience with complete confidence.
These personalised services demonstrated the value of having an experienced concierge team on the ground, providing support that extended far beyond the scheduled itinerary.
